I wonder if to be consistent they will now allow Intelligent Design Advocates to influence programming on Darwinian Evolution?

Re: The Narnia Code
I have read a little Polkinghorne. When someone tries to illustrate something complicated by a allusion to quantum theory and oscillating super-strings you know you are in trouble!

I think they were saying that the scientific description of life is not the only one and Lewis having specialized in Medieval English when they saw things as a whole not divided into parts. This mindset was one that Lewis could appreciate.

The comment that even though the Medieval astronomers were wrong they were more right in the wholeness of their view comes from that mindset. The reference to the description of the star was part of this.. even you know that a star is more than its physical and scientific definition.

I agree with what Polkinghorne and Lewis are saying, thre is more to reality, even physical reality, than a scientific description.

Got the book. Read through the first couple of chapters.

Will wait for Preach or Robert to reduce it to some dialect of American Hillbilly.
